Why I started this company
I’ve been in and around vehicle logistics long enough to see the same problem play out over and over: a customer gets a cheap quote, the price changes after booking, and then nobody picks up the phone when the shipment is actually on the road.
I started Pivot Auto transports to do it differently, as a licensed brokerage where I personally review the carriers on your route before you’re ever quoted a rate, and where the number you call is the number that gets answered, not a rotating support line.
We’re early. I’m not going to pretend otherwise, this isn’t a twenty-year operation with a wall of awards. What you get instead is a business owner who has a direct, personal stake in every shipment going right, because right now, every shipment is mine to get right.

The quote is the price, not an opening offer
Once you book, your rate is locked in writing. If a carrier tries to renegotiate after pickup, that's a conversation I have with the carrier — never one I pass on to you.
